This course is designed to deepen the students’ understanding on organizational design. It will give the students an overview of organization theory focusing on classical as well as modern concepts with solid academic foundations. The course will also provide the opportunity to apply those theories and perspectives to actual business cases. Beyond just being knowledgeable on various buzzwords, the students will be required to examine the logic of organizational design.
