To understand the basic concepts in Corporate Finance

This course is to provide basic ideas and concepts of corporate finance to understand day-to-day events related to corporate finance as well as to be prepared for advanced study. The course mainly focuses on the basics of valuation of various assets and other topics on corporate finance, such as Managing International Risks and Mergers.
