The current global business environment is becoming increasingly complex. As conventional problem solving methods are no longer sufficient, new innovative approach is needed. Global business leaders often face the challenges in an uncertain environment. However, they find an opportunity by themselves and create business with the best solution available. This course focuses on the global aspect of entrepreneurship with students of IMC and IBA in a practical way. All students from different background collaborate on projects to find out tasks, create business ideas with human-centered design thinking, build global teamwork, and practice effective solutions as global leader for better society. The instructors provide frameworks, class discussion and workshops for creating innovative ideas, business strategy, marketing analysis, financial statements solving for global complex issues. Students have opportunities to launch new business such as social business or Japan’s specialized business in their countries or Japan. This experience enriches how to improve YOUR skill of creating new business not only as an entrepreneur but also as a project manager in a company. Making business plan and prototype will be required for a final presentation.
