This course focuses on concepts and theories to understand functions and mechanism of capital markets and portfolio management. Topics will include organization and structure of various capital markets, market efficiency (or inefficiency), equilibrium models of capital markets, and application of portfolio management. In this course, capital markets are in general assumed as capital markets in the U.S. or other advanced countries.
