A major objective of this course is to examine international accounting issues associated with multinational businesses and financial statement users. This course is designed to help students understand differences and similarities in accounting, and its “products”, among different countries in order to make informed decision in a global environment. Current topics such as IFRS and “green accounting” will be also provided.
